Who says nothing in life is free? Well, for Steve Jobs and Apple Inc., apparently about $400 million worth of marketing is free.

Apple is touted, time and again, for products that are innovative and unique. Apple sets trends. But you also need to have a good marketing strategy. Peter Sealey, a professor at Claremont Graduate University, tells USA Today just what is needed for marketing success. If you can do this all while putting the competition on blast, you too can be like Steve Jobs and Apple.
