T-mobile Germany to get Apple iPhone on November 1!

According to The Washington Post, the Rheinische Post is reporting that the European release of the Apple iPhone is slated for November 1st. The iPhone will launch on T-mobile Germany’s network and will run 450 EUROS (about $612).
The launch date is completely in line with our expectations of a Q4 2007 launch for Europe (with a 2008 Asian launch). We can’t say whether rumor’s of the European iPhone coming packed with 3G radios will pan out, but here’s to hoping (or not, since our iPhone’s don’t have 3G - we’d be a little jealous). Still, it looks like we can finally pin down the European iPhone launch carrier as T-mobile! We wonder what happened to Vodafone? The current front-runners include UK’s Vodafone, Paris-based France Telecom, and Spain’s Telefonica.
