If you don't own a Mac, but always wanted to be able to manage your iPhone Notes from a PC, you obviously couldn't do it. Both MegaPhone (former iPhoneDrive) and iPhoneNotes are Mac only apps. That has just changed…
Thanks to the new native app called RemoteNote - all users, no matter which OS they're running on their desktop computer, can view and edit notes on their iPhone. The application relies on the WiFi hotspot and allows you to remotely connect to your iPhone and change notes from a web browser. All web browsers are supported — including Safari, IE, Firefox and Opera — but it is required, though, that you have Adobe Flash Player installed. In addition, your iPhone needs to be jailbroken as well as Jiggy Runtime installed. Both RemoteNote and Jiggy Runtime are available from Installer.app.
