T-Mobile Germany looking to keep iPhone all to itself

Call them greedy if you want, but T-Mobile Germany isn’t going to change their mind about keeping the iPhone all to themselves. It seems that the iPhone is too good to share with other carriers in T-Mobile’s home country.
Reuters is reporting that T-Mobile expects to continue iPhone exclusivity in Germany. While Apple is rumored to be busy making deals to bring unlocked and/or subsidized iPhones to several countries around the world, T-Mobile will apparently keep the iPhone on lock-down for the foreseeable future.
“We have a very good relationship with Apple…at least in Germany it is exclusive, and we expect it to remain as such,” said T-Mobile CEO Hamid Akhavan.
T-Mobile will presumably look to keep the 3G iPhone an exclusive on their network as well.
